About Erik

Want to learn the most efficient systems for your home kitchen?  Erik has been cheffing his whole life and added to that, has a busy home-life with wife Michelle and their two children.  Like most families, they juggle a great deal, and soon saw that they needed to develop an effective way of creating healthy home-cooked meals for their growing family, despite their busy lives.

So Erik created a step-by-step program of the kitchen skills he has learnt over the years, cheffing in busy restaurants, which help him and Michelle run their healthy happy household.  Over 4 weeks, Erik’s course shares practical everyday habits and daily activities that will benefit your whole family’s health, and make ongoing healthy eating at home a reality for you, for life.

 

About the Program

All kitchens, whether they are commercial or residential, work best when there are advanced menus planned, ingredients prepped and a seamless flow created as a result of good teamwork.

From a chefs perspective, you will learn all the ins and outs of how to work your home kitchen efficiently.  You will gain all the ‘know how’ that professional chefs use on a daily basis, to create amazing healthy meals and will be taught not only how to create flow in your family’s daily meal preparation, but also how to maintain the journey even during the busiest of days.
