changes to Kitchen Dream Team during Covid19
It sure is an interesting time at the moment. Kitchen Dream Team, like many other businesses, has had to make a few changes in the current times to get through to the other side.
We’ve decided to provide our 4-week program for free. Why? Well we believe this message is more important now than ever, and we just want to help families cook healthy, home prepared meals as often as they can. We are also pleased to be able to offer our Cooking Techniques e-book for free, in the hope that you will find it a valuable resource to help you over the coming weeks and months.
Keep an eye on our facebook page as well, as we will be posting videos on simple dishes you can cook at home.
Take care of yourselves and each other as we tackle this challenge together.
what we do
We have created a FREE 4-week online health and wellness kitchen program that coaches you how to create and maintain a healthy diet even on the busiest of days. No matter which diet you follow it can be hard to maintain the journey as our busy lives get in the way of keeping on track. Our FREE eBook, Cooking Techniques-A fast track to cooking perfection, compliments this program and no matter where you are on your health and wellness journey you will learn to implement small changes that will have lasting benefits using the Kitchen Dream Team program.
So basically we’ve written the blueprint for all families to follow, to make meal preparation work for them, improving the diet and wellbeing for all members of the family.
one on one
Need some extra coaching and knowhow using the Kitchen Dream Team program? No worries, I too have joined the Zoom revolution so simply email me and book a 40-minute KDT session. The cost is $60.00 and I will invoice you after the session. We will discuss how you can make the program work for you and within your circumstances. It’s an opportunity to ask and get answers to all your questions in how to improve your kitchen skills and kitchen management from the chef that created Kitchen Dream Team. If you are enjoying the eBook and the program but want just that extra information and encouragement, well let’s get Zooming.
corporate & community
We now offer our corporate and community seminars as group and individual Zoom sessions, helping your staff and community members to maintain a healthy diet during these testing times. Contact us and let us explain how it works.

What have you got to lose, nothing? It’s for Free and we don’t even ask for your email address. Why free? Usually this program and the eBook are given to participants of all the seminars I facilitate both corporate and community that kept me busy prior to Covid19. Now that these seminars are as popular as kissing a Bat from the Royal Victorian Gardens, and future staff meetings and seminars are now part of the Zoomnation, I figured I might as well do my bit for the community to keep everyone’s health and wellness on track as we get through this thing.
Having facilitated over 150 seminars, and after coaching a diverse range of audiences in how to improve and maintain a healthy diet in our ever-busy lives it’s now your turn to take from the program what you need. If you learn and implement just one idea, tip or concept from each week of the program and it improves your diet, health and wellness well that is a win for you, makes me happy and might encourage those around you to join the journey.
Complimented by our 50 page eBook, everyone can develop the skills they need to be a competent and confident home chef.
Erik Jorgensen
I’m a qualified chef, with well over 20 years’ experience (you stop counting after a while!). I qualified in Denmark and spent many years cheffing and working my way around the world.
In Melbourne I met my soul mate Michelle and we settled down in the food haven that is Victoria’s Yarra Valley. We now have two young children and I swapped my chef’s whites for corporate attire around ten years ago, to coach busy parents in how to cook healthily and efficiently at home. I do this for corporate and community clients as part of their health and wellbeing strategies, promotions and events.
I love coaching, it offers a different kind of reward, to teach and motivate people to live healthier lives using the Kitchen Dream Team program. Being Danish, I’m always searching for good ‘hygge’, a term that describes an experience, a feeling, a moment of togetherness that feels like you are in ‘flow’. I get that at seminars and I get it at home, with my family in the kitchen.
To achieve hygge, you need to know you are equal, part of a team, all sharing the load and wanting the same goal. Hygge is a path to happiness, contentment and mindful health and something my family create as much as we can in our everyday lives.
